1. Online Courses (Take a Course, Learn, Implement on Your Own!)

Our most budget-friendly option is to take one of the courses in our Online Academy.

We have different courses on photo and digital organizing, as well as on family history and organizing in general. Some are free and some are paid.

Our best-selling course is DPO PRO: The Ultimate Photo Organizing Masterclass. This is an online course that walks you through every step of organizing your digital photos via video tutorials.

We have three versions of this course:

  • Self-study (no support)
  • VIP Bundle (includes group coaching)
  • VIP + Private Client (hybrid approach that includes course, group coaching, as well as private coaching)

Choose the level of support that is right for you!

If you are interested in online courses, no need to schedule anything with us! You can check out on your own right now! However, if you have any questions about which course is right for you, please ask and we’ll gladly point you in the right direction!

 

 

2. Online 1:1 Coaching (You Do It, But We Tell You How!)

The Ideal coaching client is someone who is eager to learn and wants to participate in the process! Our coaching clients are motivated to implement on their own, but need a little bit of tech help and a nudge in the right direction.

We create a customized goal for your memories and then we schedule weekly (or bi-weekly) sessions with you via Zoom. In between sessions, you complete homework steps on your own.

You’ll walk away with a consolidated collection, an implemented backup system, and an online, searchable, family archive!

We are happy to work with the your choice of service providers, but we often give recommendations based on desired outcome.

How It Works (Coaching Clients)

To ensure that everything flows smoothly in our company, every person is onboarded as an official client before we start any type of work. This is not only to protect our business, but also to protect our clients, and to help everyone understand how everything works and what to expect next.

 

Step 1 – Discovery Call

We start every potential coaching client off with a discovery call to chat about goals and to see if we’re a good fit.

This is a 20-minute meeting via Zoom that can be booked directly here. There is no charge for this call.

If you are a potential new client, booking a discovery call is how you start the process!

If you are simply looking for purchase an online course, there is no need to book a discovery call unless you want to know which one we recommend for you.

At this time, we do not book appointments directly via the phone due to our global customer base.

A day or two before you scheduled appointment, we send you a meeting link, and you can either call in with your computer (video/audio) or with your phone (audio).

This call is a no-obligation chat, so if you decide we are not the right fit for you (or vice versa), it ends there and you are not billed for anything. If you decide to move forward, we move to step 2 (see below).

There is usually a 2-3 weeks wait time to get on our calendar during busy times of year, but you are welcome to book up to 60 days in advance.

 

Step 2 – Client OnBoarding

Once we have agreed to move forward with your project, we send you a client agreement that you fill out online. It contains our payment policies, ethics policies, and other important information. Once the agreement is signed, we will send you a link to enroll in auto-billing for your coaching project.

 

Step 3 – Intake Session 

The first session is usually approached as an intake session, where we learn more about you, your devices, preferences, likes, and dislikes. We then help you create a goal with several milestones based on your wishlist.

 

Step 4 – Project Start

Once we have steps 1, 2, and 3 sorted out, we set up a regular coaching schedule. We usually meet on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to maintain momentum, but monthly can also be arranged.

 

Step 5 – Project End

Coaching clients can choose to end their project at the end of any monthly billing cycle. However, we recommend a 6-month minimum project duration to allow enough time for you to learn everything. You may pause a project for up to 3 months without getting back in line, but if a project is terminated (i.e. more than 3 months pass), we reserve the right to open that slot to new clients. There may be a waiting period to get back on the schedule again.

 

Billing & Payments

For Coaching clients, we bill automatically on a monthly basis via our online academy.
